what happen to the quest items????

i hunt very hardly the honey bee(quest for 2nd-rankup in moron class)
i hunt bee dog but no one drops honey....
i hunt only blood robe...hmmmm

what happened to the quest items????

just up to teir4 in acc manager , yes it will tell you to be lvl 70 but just ignore that msg , you can get tier4 @ lvl 1
