Acc Manager problem

Hi, I make my rank up quest from the acc manager
but when i did it i lost 12 SP points from skills
I dont know how but its just gone..
can u check it for me?

did u create ur char in acc manager or?

You have to 'pay' one skillpoint for each skill you get, i'm not completely sure but i think when you rank up via acc manager it automatically makes a skills lvl 1 which would in total use 12 skillpoints. Maybe that's what happened to them, I can't think of another reason.
